International Stress Awareness Week
November 5 – November 9
International Stress Awareness Week (ISAW) is organized by the International Stress Management Association (ISMA) and promotes knowledge and best practices for stress management, running for the first full week in November. The event, which also features Stress Awareness Day on the first Wednesday in November, aims to raise awareness of stress, its effects on health, and healthy coping methods while reducing the stigma surrounding mental health.
