Be Better. Eat Better

Part of Movember’s Rooted & Rising series featuring digital content creators committed to inspire young Black men to live happier, healthier, longer lives.

Eat Better

As I sit here eating McDonald’s for dinner tonight, I preach that you should eat better. Be better than me. Please. For real though, it’s very easy, convenient, and often cheaper to choose some fast food every night to eat. We should all be trying to take steps to eat healthier. Your body will feel better, your mind will be clearer, and you’ll probably have a fun time experimenting with some new recipes.

Always start with baby steps. Change all at once can be jarring and, as with anything that is difficult, lead to burnout. Ease into whatever you are working toward. Little by little, you will get better at it.

About Justin Coleman

Quiet during the day, quite loud after work, Justin Coleman is a content creator with a passion for knowledge, comedy, and horror. From Los Angeles, CA, Justin has always been intrigued by writing and directing movies and taught himself how to use video editing software to make his own content to share. Justin found success in creating videos on TikTok centered around short comedy sketches based on random facts found online, leading to several sponsored deals and promotions. As someone who values mental wellbeing, Justin’s ultimate goal is to create content that relieves stress by building a sustainable brand and career out of producing comedy and horror content.
