The Hot Lava Game: We Need to Own Our Kids’ Mental Health

This is not the world we grew up in. Kids today are much more prone to anxiety and depression than we were. As parents, we need to understand the differences so that we can help them navigate the world. Trigger warning, this talk deals with the topic of depression and suicide in teenagers. Jason has been married for 26 years and is the proud father of four amazing children. Jason lives his life with passion and focus and believes that ordinary people can (and do) change the world. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
