Share Your Story

The We Are Well Beings Storywall is a central part of the Well Beings campaign, and now Bradley Cooper, an executive producer of Caregiving invites you to #ShareYourCaregivingStory. Your reflections, photos, videos, and stories help build a community of understanding, offer hope to others, and highlight the challenges and triumphs of caregiving.

How to Share Your Story

Sharing your caregiving story is simple and meaningful. Here’s how you can contribute:

  1. Email your reflections, videos, or photos to info@wellbeings.org.
  2. Use #WellBeings and #ShareYourCaregivingStory on your social media posts to share your story. Or DM your story to us on these social media platforms:

Suggested Prompts

Not sure where to begin? Here are some prompts to help guide your story:

  • What has caregiving taught you about yourself or your loved one?
  • What is one thing you wish people would understand about caregiving?
  • What are some challenges you’ve faced as a caregiver, and how have you overcome them?
  • What does self-care look like for you as a caregiver?
  • What advice would you give to someone just beginning their caregiving journey?
  • How has caregiving changed your perspective on health, relationships, or life in general?

Your story matters. By sharing your caregiving experience, you can inspire others, provide valuable insights, and help build a supportive community for caregivers everywhere. Join us in making a difference — one story at a time.

The We Are Well Beings Storywall is made possible through generous support provided by Otsuka and People.
