As individuals age, distinguishing between the symptoms of aging and dementia can be challenging. Karen Hensley Rayburn experienced this with her mother. With the assistance of organizations such as the Golden Buckeye Center for Dementia Caregiving, she was able to provide caregiving support and secure the necessary resources for her mother’s care.
