The NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group designed for adults (18+) who have experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. It offers a confidential and structured environment where participants can share their experiences, gain insight from others, and receive support from individuals who have faced similar challenges. The group meets for 60 minutes on a monthly basis, and aims to foster connection, empathy, and personal empowerment.
